SCRN.ai is an AI-powered screening tool originally built for interview selection, allowing candidates to respond to questions via video. Rather than limiting the workflow to just hiring, the platform is expanding into other use cases where screened responses are valuable—such as customer support hiring, educational admissions, or expert speaker selection.
The AI analyzes video responses to rank applicants and surface the most suitable candidates based on criteria like communication, confidence, and clarity, helping organizations make more efficient, data-driven decisions.
Design
