About

Scrn was a recruitment platform designed to help companies find, evaluate, and rank candidates more efficiently. By combining applicant scoring with one-way video interviews, it aimed to simplify hiring and help teams make better-informed decisions.

My Role

I worked across the entire experience, from branding and visual identity to website and product design. I also developed the marketing website using vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The Challenge

The challenge was to make a complex recruitment process feel simple and approachable. The experience needed to help recruiters quickly identify promising candidates while making it easy to review applications, compare scores, and manage job postings.

Product Design

I designed a clean, functional dashboard centered around candidate management, automated scoring, and video interviews. The interface brings important information together, allowing recruiters to move between applications, evaluate candidates, and track their hiring progress.

Website Design

The marketing website takes a more expressive approach, combining dark backgrounds, vibrant gradients, and product visuals. The goal was to communicate Scrn's capabilities clearly while giving the brand a modern, recognizable personality.
